These Terms & Conditions govern enquiries and orders placed with Viraj Digitals ("we", "us", "our") through virajdigitals.com or directly by phone, WhatsApp or in person. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided are based on the specifications discussed at the time (size, material, quantity, finishing and turnaround). Final pricing is confirmed once artwork and requirements are finalised.

Artwork & Proofing

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content, spelling and design in any artwork you approve. Production begins only after you confirm a proof. Viraj Digitals is not liable for errors present in a customer-approved proof.

Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation. Timelines may vary based on order volume, complexity and materials required.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed with you directly at the time of order. Production on custom orders typically begins once payment terms are settled, as discussed for your specific order.

Colour & Print Variance

Minor variations in colour between a screen preview and the final printed material can occur due to the nature of the printing process and are not considered defects.

Cancellations

Once production has started on a custom order, it generally cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes.

Limitation of Liability

Viraj Digitals' liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delays or errors beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh having jurisdiction.
